1. What we collect
Account data: your name, email address, optional company and phone number, and a hash of your password.
Request data: what you write in requests and messages, and the files you upload.
Contact form messages: your name, email and message.
Technical data: IP address and browser type, kept with sign-in sessions and the security audit log, to keep accounts safe and investigate abuse.
2. Why we use it
To provide the service: handling your requests, quotes, messages and deliveries.
To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.
To send notifications about your requests, by email when email delivery is enabled and you have not turned it off.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.
3. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: your session, a security token for forms, and your language choice. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. See the cookies page.
4. Who processes it
Traffic reaches our servers through Cloudflare, which acts as our network and security provider and sees connection metadata such as IP addresses.
We do not share your request content with anyone outside MadeBy unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Account and request data is kept while your account exists. Sign-in sessions expire automatically. Notifications and delivered emails are cleaned up periodically. Audit log entries are kept for security purposes.
6. Your rights
You can see and correct your details in Settings, export all your data as a file, and delete your account, which removes your personal data and request history. For anything else, use the contact form.
7. Security
See the security page for how we protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we design ours to limit the damage if something goes wrong.
8. Applicable law
We process personal data in accordance with Chilean law: Law No. 19,628 on the protection of private life and, from the date it enters into force (1 December 2026), Law No. 21,719 on the protection of personal data. Under that legislation you have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and portability, which you can exercise from Settings or through the contact form.
9. Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will say so on this page and notify account holders.
